
The observatory is located on the premises of the ATHOS Centro Astronómico in the northwest of the Canary Island La Palma at 900 meters above the Atlantic Ocean. It can be operated remotely or directly on site via a control room. It can also be rented by guests of the ATHOS Star Campus. In 2024 the ATHOS Observatory has been modernized with completely new equipment and software.
